Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil pemahaman siswa sebelum dan setelah dijelaskan menggunakan Software Catia. Penelitian ini menggunakanmetode eksperimenquasi nonequivalent pre-test post-testcontrol group design. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji-t. Hasil uji normalitas diperoleh X2 hitung= 6,29 dan X2 tabel = 7,81, karena X2 hitung lebih kecil dari X2 tabel, maka data berdistribusi normal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh Fhitung = 1,11, sedangkan Ftabel = 1,92, karena Fhitung ≤ Ftabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua kelompok mempunyai varians yang tidak berbeda. Pada hasil perhitungan uji perbedaan dua rata-rata diperoleh t hitung= 9,13 dan t tabel = 1,67, karena thitung lebih besar dari t tabel, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen lebih baik daripada kelompok kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh data a = 49,113 dan b = 1,911. Fhitung = 22,64 dan Ftabel = 4,242. Karena Ftabel> dari Fhitung maka data tersebut termasuk dalam kriteria signifikan. Melalui perhitungan uji gain diperoleh besarnya peningkatan hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen adalah 47,03% sedangkan pada kelas kontrol adalah 5,57 %. This research utilize quasis experiment method nonequivalent pre-test post-test test control is designs group. Abstract

Usaha konfeksi telah tersebar hampir diseluruh daerah di Indonesia. Salah satunya yaitu di desa Sendang Kecamatan Kalinyamatan, Kabupaten Jepara, Jawa Tengah. “Sa’dun Konfeksi” adalah salah satu usaha konfeksi yang masih eksis di desa Sendang hingga saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya yang telah dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kualitas hasil produksi usaha konfeksi di “Sa’dun Konfeksi” desa Sendang dan upaya manakah yang diprioritaskan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di “Sa’dun Konfeksi” desa Sendang, kalinyamatan, Jepara. Sumber data penelitian ini meliputi : data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, mencatat dokumen, dan studi pustaka. Keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini di uji dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi (sumber dan teknik).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas hasil produksi yang telah dilakukan oleh pengusaha “Sa’dun Konfeksi”. Upaya-upaya tersebut dapat dilihat dari aspek bahan baku, alat produksi, proses produksi dan tenaga kerja. Dari hasil analisis, tidak ada upaya yang paling diprioritaskan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk konfeksi, keempat aspek yang diidentifikasi satu dengan yang lain saling melengkapi sesuai dengan fungsi dan kapasitas masing-masing untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan.The clothing industry business has spread almost throughout the regions in Indonesia. One of them is in the Sendang village, Kalinyamatan, Jepara, Central Java, i.e. “Sa’dun Clothing Industry”. This study aims to determine how the efforts that have been made in improving the quality of the production of the clothing products in the village of Sendang and which prioritized efforts. The experiment was conducted in the village of Sendang, Kalinyamatan, Jepara, as clothing industry village centers. The data sources of the study include primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data using interviews, observations, recorded documents, and literature. Test the validity of the data using the technique of triangulation (sources and techniques). Results showed that efforts to improve the quality of the products that have been made by the entrepreneurs (The Sa’dun Clothing Industry). These efforts can be seen from the aspect of raw materials, production equipment, production processes and labor. Based on the analysis, none of the most prioritized efforts to improve the quality of the clothing industry, the fourth aspect identified with one another in accordance with the complementary function and the capacity of each to be able to improve the quality of the product.

Abstract

Busana pengantin adalah salah satu keberagaman kebudayaan Indonesia yang dipengaruhi oleh ciri khas, keistimewan masing masing daerah. Seiring dengan perkembangan pengetahuan dan teknologi, minat masyarakat akan kebutuhan berbusana semakin meningkat. Perbedaan pemilihan busana pengantin tradisional dan modifikasi sangat berpengaruh terhadap pelestarian busana pengantin adat.  Hal tersebut membuat peneliti ingin mengetahui perbedaan pemilihan busana yang dilakuakan juru rias.Metode dalam penelitian ini ialah metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perbedaan busana pengantin yang dimiliki juru rias dipengaruhi atas minat konsumen yang lebih banyak memilih busana pengantin adat Cirebon pangeranan modifikasi. Rekomendasii, kelompok juru rias/HARPI melati Kabupaten Cirebon selalu melakukan pertemuan rutin/seminar/workshop membahas perkembangan busana pengantin yang diminati konsumen, melestarikan busana pengantin adat Cirebon dengan melakukan promosi melalui  media cetak dan  media elektronikWedding is one of the Indonesia  culture has a characteristic from each region. As a effect from development of know ledge and technology, the public demand for traditionalclothing. The difference between traditional and modern dress is very influence in customary fashion. It makes theresearcher wants to know the reason customer an makeup artist chose their dress. The method in this researchare observation, interview and documentation, technique of data analysis that writer uses collecting data, data display and verification. The result of this research stated that differences of wedding dress wich owned by makeup artist is affected by consumen, more consumers chooses costum bridal fashion of cirebon pangeranan that modification, mean while traditional bridal dress absolute without variation according the trend fashion. Recommendation, group of makeup artist/HARPI melati in Cirebon always hold meeting/seminar/workshop to discus about custum bridal fashion of Cirebon by promotion using pritet things and electronic.

Abstract

Batik merupakan salah satu warisan Indonesia yang telah mendunia dan telah ditetapkan oleh UNESCO sebagai warisan budaya tak benda hasil karya manusia (Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity). Teknik Wet On Wet yaitu cat air disapukan pada kertas menggunakan kuas sehingga menghasilkan efek motif yang bergradasi akibat warna berbaur dengan air. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan sebagai berikut: (1) mengetahui daya serap air kain mori, sutera dan belacu yang digunakan pada penelitian ini; (2) mengetahui kandungan air dalam kain pada beberapa variasi waktu penirisan; (3)mengetahui  pengaruh  waktu penirisan setelah perendaman kain terhadap batik Wet on wet. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) terdapat perbedaan ketuaan warna pada kain mori dengan variasi waktu penirisan,namun nilai ketuaan warna pada kain belacu dan sutera dengan variasi waktu tidak terdapat perbedaan terhadap ketuaan warna. (2) tidak ada perbedaan ketahanan luntur terhadap pencucian pada kain mori, belacu dan sutera dengan variasi waktu penirisan menggunakan zat warna procion MX dengan teknik wet on wet. (3) terdapat perbedaan efek wet on wet pada hasil pewarnaan batik pada kain mori, belacu dan sutera dengan variasi waktu penirisan  menggunakan zat warna procionMX dan teknik wet on wet.Batik is one Indonesian heritage has had become worldwide and designated by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage of human handiwork (Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity). Technique wet on wet by added water cat to the paper by using brush so that it produced graded effect pattern because the color blanded with the water. Based on the basic problem, research done with the following objective: (1) knowing the water absorbing ability on mori fabric, silk and blaco that used on this research. (2) knowing the water content on fabric for various time seepage, (3) knowing the influence of seepage time after soaking the fabric on wet on wet. The result of this research was (1) There were differences in the color aging on the mori fabric with the various time of seepage, but the value of aging color on the blaco and silk with the various time Hd made no different on the colour aging. (2) Nothing different on the colour fastness when washing the mori fabric, blaco and silk with the various seepage using procion MX colouring substance with the technique of wet on wet. (3) There were differences on wet on wet effect for the result of the batik colouring on mori fabric, blaco and silk with the various seepage using procion MX colouring substance and technique wet on wet

Abstract

Teknik Wet On Wet (WOW) merupakan terapan pada lukisan cat air diatas kertas ataua kanfas yang basah. Pembuatan batik WOW ini pada dasarnya menggunakan bahan yang sama ketika membuat batik pada umumnya. Kain merupakan salah satu bahan dasar yang dibutuhkan untuk membatik. Kain umumnya menggunakan kain mori, kain mori merupakan jenis kain katun, yaitu kain yang bahan bakunya dari serat kapas. Kain katun mempunyai konstruksi yang berbeda. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bagaimana konstruksi kain katun yang dipilih, dan bagaimana menentukan kualitas batik WOW pada kain katun ini. Kemudian apakah ada pengaruh konstruksi kain terhadap kualitas batik WOW. Penelitian ini bersifat Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Sampelnya adalah jenis kain katun. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis Deskripstif Presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh konstruksi jenis kain terhadap ketuaan warna dan ada pengaruh konstruksi jenis kain dengan efek WOW. Wet on Wet (WOW) technique is an application in water colored painting on a wet paper or fabric. The making of WOW is basically use the same material when make batik as a general rule. Fabric is a kind of basic material which is needed to make batik. Generally, fabric uses mori fabric, mori fabric is a kind of cotton fabric, this is a fabric that is made from cotton fiber. Cotton fabric has a different construction. This research reveals how is cotton fabric construction is chose, and how does determine the quality of WOW batik in this cotton fabric. Then, is there any fabric construction effect toward to WOW batik quality. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The sample is cotton fabric. Data analysis method uses percentage descriptive analysis. The result of the research shows that there is no fabric construction effect toward to colour darkness and there is fabric construction effect with WOW effect. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak pengakuan batik oleh dunia terhadap peningkatan produksi batik di Kelurahan Kergon Kota Pekalongan dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak pengakuan batik oleh dunia terhadap peningkatan produksi batik di Kelurahan Kergon Kota Pekalongan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi..Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif untuk menyusun data secara sistematis yang diperoleh dari wawancara dan dokumentasi dan analisis data kuantitatif digunakan untuk menyusun data jumlah produksi batik. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pengakuan dunia terhadap batik berdampak pada terbentuknya sentra industri batik, peningkatan jumlah produksi, peningkatan kualitas produk dan pembuatan motif batik baru.Jumlah produksi batik meningkat setelah adanya pengakuan dunia terhadap batik sebesar 27% pada tahun 2010.Purpose of this research is to know how impact impact of batik recognition by world to the increase of batik Pekalongan production in Kergon Pekalongan and how much impact of batik recognition by world to the increase of batik Pekalongan production in Kergon Pekalongan. Subjects of this research are 28 batik producer at Kergon Pekalongan. the method to this research is survey. Techniques to collect data use observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis research use quantitative descriptive analysis to arrange data on a systematic data which get from the interview and documentation and qualitative analysis used to arrange amount of batik production data. The result of this research showed that world recognition to batik impact to formed batik industry center, increasing of  production, increasing of product quality and making new motif of batik. Amount of batik production increase after world recognition to batik is 27% at 2010.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah; (1) Mengetahui desain alat untuk pewarnaan batik WOW dalam skala laboraturoium; (2) Mengetahui desain alat untuk pewarnaan batik WOW dalam skala industri; (3) Mengetahui kualitas motif batik WOW yang dihasilkan skala industri.Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu, Research and Development (R & D), metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu, dan menguji keefektifan produk tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Pengembangan alat untuk pewarnaan batik memperoleh hasil analisis dapat digunakan dengan sedikit perbaikan. Menggunakan alat proses pewarnaan  lebih efisien; (2) Pewarnaan menggunakan alat dapat menghasilkan motif WOW yang bervariasi, gradasi warna dan bauran warna yang dihasilkan juga sangat baik. The purposes of this research were: (1) To determine the tool design for Wet On Wet (WOW) batik coloring in laboratorial scale; (2) To determine the tool design for WOW batik coloring in industrial scale; (3) To know the quality of WOW batik motif which was produced in industrial scale. Abstract

Smock jepang adalah salah satu pokok bahasan praktek yang diajarkan di SMK N 03 Pati. Kriteria ketuntasan  minimal  (KKM)  yang  ditentukan  adalah  75,  diharapkan  nilai  pokok  bahasan smock jepang  dapat  melebihi  dari  nilai  KKM  yang  ditentukan.  Tujuan  penelitian  ini  yaitu  untuk mengetahui validitas pembuatan media video pada pokok bahasan Smock Jepang untuk siswa SMK Negeri  03  Pati  dan  mengetahui  keefektifan  media video dalam  meningkatkan  hasil  belajar  pokok bahasan Smock Jepang  untuk  siswa  SMK  Negeri  03  Pati. Metodologi  penelitian  yang  diterapkan antara  lain: Studi  Pendahuluan, Tahap  Pengembangan  Media  menggunakan  desain  penelitian R&D,  dan Tahap  Ujicoba  Media  dengan  desain  penelitian Quasi  Experiment.  Evaluasi  kelayakan media dinilai baik oleh pakar media 1 dengan pencapaian 76% dan dinilai sangat baik oleh pakar media 2 dengan pencapaian 90% dan evaluasi isi materi dinilai baik oleh guru dengan pencapaian 75%.  Hasil  belajar  kognitif  siswa  saat  pretest  memperoleh  nilai  rata-rata  44,52, sedangkan  hasil belajar saat postes dengan nilai rata-rata 77,1. Hal ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan dari pretest ke  postest  yang  dihitung  dengan  rumus  N  gain  yaitu  terdapat  26  siswa  yang  peningkatannya berkriteria sedang dan terdapat 2 siswa yang peningkatannya berkriteria tinggi. Hasil belajar ranah psikomotor terdapat 27 siswa berkriteria sangat baik dan 1 siswa berkriteria baik dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 79,21.Japanese Smock is one of the subjectin SMKN 03 Pati. Minimum Completeness Criteria (MCC) specified is 75, the expected value of the subject in the Japanese smock may exceed the value specified MCC. The purpose of this study are: To determine the validity of making a video media on the subject of Japanese Smock for students of SMK N 03 Pati and determine the effectiveness of video media in improving learning outcomes Smock Japanese subjects for students of SMK N 03 Pati. The research methodology applied in this study is: Preliminary Study, Development Media Stage using R & D research design, and Trials Media Phase with Quasi-Experiment research design. Evaluate the feasibility of media rated as good by 1st media expert with the achievement of 76% and was rated excellent by 2nd media expert with the achievement of 90% while the content of the material evaluation assessed both by the teacher with the achievement of 75%. Cognitive achievement pretest students obtain an average value of 44.52. While the results of the current study posttest with an average value of 77.1. This shows an increase from pretest to posttest were calculated with the N gain formula is there are 26 students who achieved moderate improvement criteria and there are 2 student who achieved high improvement criteria. Psychomotor domains of learning results showed that there were 27 students and 1 student criteria both criteria quite well with the average value of 79.21.

Abstract

Mata Kuliah Gelar Karya membutuhkan kreativitas dari mahasiswa agar produk yang dihasilkan variatif serta inovatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kreativitas  menciptakan produk busana pada Gelar Karya.Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan fokus penelitian kreativitas produk Gelar Karya prodi PKK Konsentrasi Tata Busana Unnes angkatan 2010. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, untuk pendukung keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas produk Gelar Karya mahasiswa Prodi PKK Konsentrasi Tata Busana Unnes angkatan 2010 sudah cukup baik. Dalam proses kreativitas, tahap persiapan kurang maksimal sehingga menyebabkan proses selanjutnya kurang optimal. Produk  Gelar Karya dengan kombinasi-kombinasi kreativitas mahasiswa sesuai dengan tema yang ditentukan sehingga hasil karya busana bersifat original dan variatif serta inovatif. Saran yang dapat peneliti ajukan berdasarkan hasil penelitian dalam Manajemen waktu mahasiswa Gelar Karya sebaiknya lebih ditata lagi agar seimbang antara tugas kepanitiaan dengan tugas Mata Kuliah Gelar Karya Busana sehingga kreativitas produk yang dihasilkan lebih maksimal lagi. The purpose of this research is to know the creativity to create a fashion product in the title of the paper. Method of research is qualitative research, with a focus on creativity research product Title ByProdi PKK Concentration Of force Unnes 2010 Fashion. Data collection is done by the method of observation, interview and documentation, for supporting the validity of the data using triangulation of sources. The results of this research suggest that Title Student Paper Product Creativity Prodi PKK Concentration Of force Unnes Fashion 2010 is already good enough. In the process of creativity, insufficient preparation phase so that the next process causes less than optimal. The product Works with a combination of Degree-a combination of the creativity of students in accordance with the specified theme work clothing is so original and varied and innovative. Researchers can submit suggestions based on research results in students time management title of the paper should be more balanced between order again laid out the task of the Committee with the task of Degree Courses Of Fashion so that the resulting product creativity more maximum again. Abstract

Pola di atas kertas dan pola di atas bahan adalah cara yang dapat digunakan untuk membuat pola busana, namun yang membedakan adalah dari segi media dan waktu pembuatannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan sistem M.H.Wancik dan sistem Soekarno, pembuatan pola menggunakan sistem pola dan teknik pembuatan pola yang berbeda kemungkinan akan mempengaruhi hasil dari suatu busana. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen, objek dalam penelitian ini adalah  pembuatan kemeja dengan pola di atas kertas dan pola di atas bahan menggunakan pola sistem M.H.Wancik dan sistem Soekarno. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode observasi, dokumentasi, dan eksperimen. Pengujian reliabilitas menggunakan judgment ratings yang dilakukan oleh panelis ahli pola. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis varian (Anova) dua jalur. Disimpulkan secara keseluruhan hasil kemeja yang dibuat dengan teknik pembuatan pola yang berbeda yaitu pola di atas kertas dan pola di atas bahan tidak ada perbedaan, dan jika dilihat dari sistem pola yaitu sistem M.H.Wancik dan sistem Soekarno ada perbedaan. Hasil kemeja yang baik digunakan antara yang menggunakan pola sistem M.H.Wancik dan sistem Soekarno adalah hasil pembuatan kemeja menggunakan sistem M.H.Wancik ukuran S (Small) dan sistem Soekarno ukuran L (Large).Pattern above the paper and pattern above the material are some available way to create clothes’ pattern, but the things differentiate both are the media and the duration. This research applies M.H.Wancik’s system and Soekarno’s system. Using different pattern making techniques may influence the result of the clothes itself. This research is an experimental research, the object of this research is producing shirt with pattern above paper and pattern above the material using M.H.Wancik’s system pattern and Soekarno’s system pattern. The methods used in this research are observation, documentation, and experiment. Reliability test applies judgment rating done by pattern expert panelist. The method of the data analysis is 2 way varian analysis (Anova). The conclusion is that the shirts produced with both pattern above paper and pattern above material have no differences, but using different system patterns cause several differences. From applying those system patterns, I conclude that among the result, S-size shirt using M.H.Wancik’s system and L-size shirt using Soekarno’s system are the best to wear.
